The challenges that motivate our products

At SCHOOL WAY, our products are driven by a simple yet powerful belief that school is the ideal place to learn and develop skills neccessary for success. However, we recognise that many students struggle with a lack of essential skills, including technical skills for specific professions and transferable skills that enable effective collaboration and adaptability. While schools are making profound efforts through classroom teaching that instills knowledge of technical skills for individual professions, developing these skills along with transferable skills has always been a challenge to students and undergraduates. This gap has led some to question whether schools are truly preparing students for success in society.

At SCHOOL WAY, we are firm in our belief that all skills can be developed in schools: all it requires for students is knowing how to identify and maximize opportunities (within their schools) through which each skill can be developed. Information and insights on how to do that underpins our products & services
