More Than Enough Professions Awareness Programme
More Than Enough Professions Awareness Programme is a comprehensive programme designed for students in JSS3 to educate them about diverse profession opportunities that are available to them to explore across different industries in the world with the aim of preparingg them for one of the most important decisions of their lives: choosing the appropriate senior school department that aligns with their desired future professions, and to as well motivate them to pursue education, and better career opportunities as they transition to senior secondary schools.
There are three sessions in this programme:
- Profession Awareness
- Making Profession Choices
- Choosing Department in Senior School
Through this our programme, students will:
- Possess better Understanding of professions
- Explore various profession options
- Identify their strengths, skills, and interests
- Make informed decisions about choosing department
Profession Development Orientation Programme
Our Profession Development Orientation Programme is designed to equip the participants with the skills and strategies needed to succeed in their chosen industry and profession. It is an interactive career programme for students in SSS 2 or 3, using our self-designed tools, that help engaged the students in conversations that revolve around building a successful profession. (We assumed that the participants of this programme have chosen professions to pursue.)
There are four sessions in this programme
- Understanding the Fundamentals of Professional Success
- Personality and Professional Growth
- Developing Essential Skills for Professional Success
- Building Personal and Professional Brands
Through this our programme, students will:
- Gain clarity on their career goals and aspirations
- Master how to develop skills that are essential to their career choice
- Learn how to build a professional network & online presence
- Envision their future beyond school
